Flatbelly team from Indonesia which is driven by Nabilla Ayumi and Mohammad Iqbal won the 1^st place on international competition of young entrepreneurs in Singapore. They beat other teams from Singapore, Malaysia, and other ASEAN countries. ASEANpreneurs is a student organization on entrepreneur in Singapore that is dedicated to promote entrepreneurships in ASEAN. ASEANpreneurs confronts student entrepreneurs and leaders from all over ASEAN to exchange infomations, have an ideas discussion, and expand network.

Flatbelly proposed a business idea called NuResto, a restaurant that offers simplicity in controlling someone’s daily personal nutrition by using sophisticated information system (smart card system). “By using this smart card system, our mission is to help people control their nutrition and also simplify the payment process in food courts, cafes, and restaurants,” said Flatbelly. This proposed idea successfully beat TPE 3 team from Singapore with its Easy Transfer Wheelchair program and INNOV-mind team from Singapore with its Ez-Carrier program.

Nabilla and Iqbal said that their involvement in this competition is to show that student can give active participation too on entrepreneurship in global context. And, they successfully approve that. Nah, Indonesian.. look at these passionate youngsters. Really make us proud, right? Don’t ever give up. We will not go down if there is a lot of passionate and positive youths like them ;)
